Design a Spill-Proof Table Candle Holder

Design and demonstrate a prototype for a spill-proof table candle/candle holder. If knocked over, it should right itself without spilling any wax, and the flame should not extinguish. The type of candle to be used can be considered part of the design, as long as it is an inexpensive wax table candle or tea light candle.
