SWOT Analysis

Description

SWOT is an acronym for the 4 criteria used in this technique: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. Its main aim is to shed light on something that we want to evaluate more clearly. Ideas, people, teams, products … almost anything can be assessed using SWOT. To apply the technique, simply apply these four questions to your idea, person, or product: What are the strengths of the idea (person, product, team)? What are its weaknesses? What opportunities does it present? What threats could cause trouble?
